Burgers

Easy to cook and a healthier alternative to a beef burger on the barbecue! Venison burgers are a lean, flavorful alternative to beef burgers, characterized by their rich, gamey taste.

Because venison is very low in fat, it is commonly mixed with lamb fat to prevent the burgers from becoming dry or tough.

Key Tips: Temperature Matters: Avoid overcooking; aim for a medium-rare (54°C) to medium (65°C) internal temperature to keep them moist. Resting: Let the burgers rest for 5–10 minutes after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.
